PRODUCT DESCRIPRION: Rapeseed oil EXTRA VIRGIN

Only highest quality of seed is chosen for the production.
Oil mill is operating expeller type presses and produces food grade low erucic rapeseed oil. Pressing is followed by stages of mechanical purification, thus ensuring that precious natural content of the grain is unchanged. The temperature of the oil in the process does not exceed 40˚C. Cold pressed rapeseed oil is 100% natural product. It is accurately filtered, no chemicals or solvents are used.

Rapeseed oil contains extremely low amount of saturated fatty acids (7%) and lot of monounsaturated fatty acids 60%.

Well balanced Omega 3 (11%) and Omega 6 (21%) are considered essential for normal growth and development.

Recent studies suggest that they may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, psoriasis, eczema and other auto-immune diseases. It contains also natural antioxidants, beneficial Vitamin E and beta-sitosterol.
